  • How do I know I have hail damage?

In order to find out if you have hail damage, one of our roofers will need to come out and inspect your roof. Set up an appointment for a FREE inspection with a member of the Maximum Roofing team by calling us today!

  • How do I know I need a new roof?

The most common signs that you need a new roof are:

    • Roof age
    • Overall condition
    • Condition of shingles
    • Missing and/or broken shingles
    • Leaking

While some of these signs (like a leak) are more obvious than others, it's important to set up an inspection and roofing estimate to get the opinion of an expert.

  • How long do shingles last?

A typical asphalt shingle has a 30-year, limited lifetime warranty. That being said, having your roof regularly inspected will allow professional roofers to look at your shingles more closely. Extreme weather can drastically alter the life expectancy of your shingles and you don't want to be caught off guard.

  • How much does a new roof cost?

There are many variables to factor in when it comes to pricing a roof. A roofing estimate is based on size, square footage, roof pitch, angle of rafters, and whether there is roof access. Jobs that require our team to carry materials will have a higher estimate, as this impacts their workload.

The good news is that Maximum Roofing offers FREE consultations, so call us today!

  • Do you have a shingle that resists hail?

We offer a modified impact-resistant shingle. If you have this product installed, you will be eligible for an insurance deduction, for which you can receive a deduction of 7% to 12% in your homeowners' premium. If you're interested in this option, a Maximum Roofing crew member can happily provide you with a roofing estimate.
